We evaluate the performance of materials and components, which constitutes building whether it is suitable for standards. It was our main goal to make contribution to the building up the social system for the evaluation of the building performance properly.

“Performance evaluation based on law” is the services entrusted by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MLIT) based on the laws (Building Standard Law and Housing Quality Assurance Act).

Conformity Assessment Service

“Conformity Assessment Service” is an independent service.

Our conformity assessment programs cover;

	Assessment of VOC emission from building materials. (Standard of emission rates of volatile organic compounds from building products)
	Assessment of evaluating environmental claim conformance inconstruction materials. （Guideline for evaluating environmental claim conformance in construction material）
	Verification of conformity to the specification issued by public sectors.
	Verification of conformity to the product standards.
